Great Service from Day One
A few weeks ago, I wrote a post about Silo Art – a hugely popular phenomenon that’s taking rural areas of Australia by storm, and with good reason. Silo Art is more than just a picture on a tank, and for some towns has been “a bit of a life-saver”.
I think we should do, if not the same, then similar in Cardinia. We may not have the silos, but surely we have other buildings or structures that could be painted? That’s one of the questions I’ve asked. And, partly in order to find out, this month’s photo competition has a focus on images of potential sites for “Silo” or “Street” Art.

And we’ve a couple of great suggestions already (I’ve included them here), so let’s get a few more and the photos rolling in!

Suggestions

Cockatoo Scout Hall
Bunyip IGA
Gembrook Water Tower

That’s four. And following is a list of towns and localities in the Shire. Of course, the art could be outside of a town… but it sure would be amazing to get somewhere in as many towns as we can.
