After the excitement of July’s competition, which, while low on entries (it was a tough theme!) was absolutely gigantic on interest, we’re back into the regular photo competition season.

And the theme is “Winter”. Get it? “photo competition season” “Winter” Buh dum tiss. Ah gimme a break, I’ve been sick!
Also, I’m looking for a sponsor or sponsors for this month; if we can get one quick, I’ll throw up a bit of a prize in addition to the banner changing. Shoot me a message if you’re interested or know someone who might be.

Anyways, there it is. And the rules and how to enter are below.1. The photo must be taken within the Shire
2. The photographer should “Like” the Facebook page (nothing new there)
3. It runs from today (1st of the month) to the last day of the month
4. Photos must be posted (or messaged) to the A Guide to Cardinia Facebook page and tagged “Photo Competition” with where they were taken.
5. At the end of the month, all photos will be posted in an album and voting opened for one week – voting rules will be announced when voting is opened (but it’ll be the same as above, so duh, me)
6. The theme for August is “Winter” (please refer to terrible dad pun above)
7. The photograph does not have to be taken in the same month as the competition it is entered in – but each photo can only be entered once.
